This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We are not the Pittsburg County Sheriff's Office, the District Court, a municipal court, or a state agency. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, arrange surrender, post bond, accept payment, or give legal advice. The contact routes below are official sources for the records and procedures described.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Route the question to the office that can answer it. Give the court or clerk a case, citation, or narrow date range when possible. A general name question may need identity checks or a more specific request.
- District Court case: contact the Pittsburg County Court Clerk for the appearance docket, criminal file, payment record, or warrant-related event.
- County service or custody: contact the Pittsburg County Sheriff's Office after the issuing court explains that the sheriff is the correct route.
- Municipal citation: contact the city court named on the ticket. McAlester, Krebs, Hartshorne, Haileyville, Quinton, and other cities have different rules.
- Federal or tribal matter: use the issuing federal or tribal court and agency, not the county clerk.
For a legal decision about a possible arrest or surrender, speak with an Oklahoma attorney.

Pittsburg County Sheriff's Office
The county describes the sheriff's duty as serving warrants and processing papers ordered by the District Court.
